Summer Lunch & Learn Highlights
Last week we invited the community of architects, designers, developers and contractors, to our showroom to enjoy a lunch and delicious Frosé. Our Design Director and CEO, Arthur Lasky, NCARB, gave an in-depth presentation on the innovative HearthCabinet® Ventless Fireplaces and how they can be used in almost any project, residential, commercial and hospitality, without the need for vents, flues, electricity or gas.

The discussion was focused on the common issues the industry faces when trying to specify a fireplace in projects in today’s difficult design and build environment.

Many trade professionals express concerns about installing a fireplace given huge construction costs, approvals, loss of square footage to bulky flues, safety and customization needs and aesthetic concerns
Lasky explained how HearthCabinet® Ventless Fireplaces require no exterior connections, reducing the cost of construction labor and how fast and safe the self-contained luxury system is to use. The entire installation takes only a few minutes. HearthCabinet® Ventless Fireplaces can be slid into an existing space or stand alone on a secured base. They can be installed on the first floor of a thirty story building without having to have a cluster of flies and pipes core through a building.

HearthCabinet's Ventless Fireplaces were created over a decade ago by a team of fireplace designers led by Lasky, a highly experienced architect and designer, and Michael Weinberger, an inventor and product liability attorney. They were seeking an innovative and beautiful fireplace solution for use in homes and buildings that could not accommodate the installation requirements of conventional burdensome wood or gas fireplaces.
